Darrell Lee Waltrip, an American motorsports analyst, author, and former stock car racer, competed in the NASCAR Cup Series from 1972 to 2000. He drove the No. 11 Chevrolet for Junior Johnson and achieved numerous significant victories throughout his career. As a three-time Cup Series champion, Waltrip was the first NASCAR driver to earn over $10 million in race rewards, equivalent to over $26 million today. Known for his vibrant commentary in the broadcast booth, he has also written an autobiography and owned a Krispy Kreme franchise. Waltrip is a member of the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
