David Sutcliffe, a Canadian-American actor, is best known for his roles as Christopher Hayden in Gilmore Girls and Detective Aidan Black in Cracked. His acting career began at the University of Toronto after a lower-back injury put an end to his basketball pursuits. In 2019, Sutcliffe retired from acting to concentrate on life coaching and exploring other professional avenues. He was married to Julie McCullough from 2001 to 2003. Some of his other notable appearances include Insecure, Mistresses, Degrassi: Next Class, and Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.
