Edd Gould (28 October 1988 รขยย 25 March 2012) was a talented British animator, artist, and voice actor, renowned for creating the widely popular web series Eddsworld. This 2D Flash-animated series amassed a huge following on platforms such as Newgrounds, DeviantArt, and YouTube. Working alongside his close friends Tom Ridgewell and Matt Hargreaves, Gould also contributed to other projects, including the TomSka YouTube cartoon series, and lent his voice to various animated characters. Tragically, he passed away at just 23 years old due to leukemia. Eddsworld, his most notable creation, was a multimedia franchise comprising flash animations and web comics that featured fictionalized versions of Gould and his collaborators.
