Helena Paparizou, a Swedish-born Greek singer, songwriter, and television personality, was born on January 31, 1982. She gained international fame after winning the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest with her song “My Number One.” Paparizou began her music career as part of the duo Antique, which represented Greece in the 2001 Eurovision contest. Throughout her career, she has released successful albums, collaborated with international artists, and received numerous awards, such as Arion Music Awards and MTV Europe Music Awards. Additionally, Paparizou has served as a judge on the Greek version of The Voice. In 2023, she released the single “De Mou Ta Leei Kala,” and her most recent album, “Apohrosis,” came out in 2021.
