Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes was a talented American rapper, singer, and songwriter, renowned for her distinctive raspy voice, edgy style, and socially conscious lyrics. She rose to fame as a member of the Grammy-winning girl group TLC, which dominated the ’90s music scene with four No. 1 hits. Besides her work with TLC, Lopes collaborated with various artists, embarked on solo music projects, and appeared in reality TV shows. She also founded the group Blaque and produced their debut album. Tragically, Lopes passed away in a car accident in 2002. Apart from her music career, she was a gifted artist and painter, often holding art shows to exhibit her creations.
