Williams won the NBA Sixth Man of the Year award three times (2015, 2018, and 2019), tying with Jamal Crawford for the most in NBA history. In addition to his basketball career, he is also recognized for his philanthropy work, music career as a rapper, and his passion for bowling. After participating in several celebrity bowling tournaments, Williams has expressed interest in owning a bowling alley in the future. In 2023, he announced his retirement from professional basketball, concluding his playing days with the Atlanta Hawks.
