Miguel Ferrer (February 7, 1955 รขยย January 19, 2017) was a versatile American actor who rose to prominence with his breakthrough role as Bob Morton in the 1987 film RoboCop. He gained further recognition for his portrayals of Agent Albert Rosenfield in the TV series Twin Peaks and Owen Granger in NCIS: Los Angeles. Ferrer’s other significant works include Hot Shots! Part Deux (1993), Mulan (1998), Traffic (2000), and Iron Man 3 (2013). A talented character actor, he effortlessly played both dramatic and comedic roles. In addition to acting, Ferrer was a trained drummer with a passion for music, often performing in various bands throughout his life. He passed away at 61 after losing his battle with throat cancer.
