Rachel Khoo, a British chef, cookbook author, and television host, is renowned for her focus on French cuisine. She rose to fame with her hit show and cookbook, “The Little Paris Kitchen,” in which she prepared traditional French dishes in her compact Parisian apartment. Some of her other notable works include “Rachel Khoo’s Kitchen Notebook: Cosmopolitan Cook” and “Rachel Khoo’s Sweet and Savoury Patisserie.” In 2014, Khoo received the Observer Food Monthly’s Best New Cookbook award. She is also recognized for her show “A Chocolate Library” and her online lifestyle magazine, Khoollect.
