Ragan Smith, a prominent artistic gymnast, gained recognition as a member of the US women’s gymnastics team from 2014 to 2019. Throughout her career, she has accumulated numerous gold medals, including two at the 2016 Pacific Rim Championships and the 2018 World Championships. In 2019, Smith transitioned to collegiate gymnastics, competing for the Oklahoma Sooners.
Smith’s gymnastics journey began at age 7, training under renowned coach Kim Zmeskal-Burdette in Texas. She made her international debut in 2007, capturing gold on the balance beam and silver in the all-around at the Junior Pan American Championships. Success followed at the senior level, with Smith securing the all-around title at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials, leading to her participation in the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
