Shaggy, a Jamaican-born reggae and dancehall singer, rapper, and actor, gained international fame in the 1990s with hits like “Oh Carolina,” “Boombastic,” and “It Wasn’t Me.” Throughout his career, he has released over 12 studio albums, collaborated with various artists such as Sting, Rikrok, and Maxi Priest, and won multiple awards, including two Grammy Awards for Best Reggae Album.
