Skyler Acord, a talented singer-songwriter and producer, is widely recognized for his role as the bassist in the post-hardcore band Issues and the alternative rock band twenty one pilots. His innovative basslines and songwriting skills have significantly contributed to the success of both bands. Acord’s genre-bending approach to metal and his animated, eclectic bass-playing style have also led him to collaborate with artists such as Tyler Carter, Woe, Is Me, Sleeping with Sirens, and The Word Alive. Besides his music career, Acord manages his own fashion line, “Native Ken,” and actively participates in philanthropic endeavors.
