Tim LaHaye was an influential American evangelical Christian minister, speaker, and author, renowned for co-writing the widely popular “Left Behind” series of Christian eschatology-themed novels, which sold millions of copies. He authored more than 85 books, including fiction and non-fiction, and was a prominent figure in the religious right. LaHaye was also a respected pilot and aviation enthusiast. He passed away at the age of 90 in San Diego.
