Victor Spinetti, a Welsh actor, director, and writer, gained international fame in the 1960s, primarily due to his association with The Beatles. He starred in their first three films: “A Hard Day’s Night” (1964), “Help!” (1965), and “Magical Mystery Tour” (1967). In addition to his work with the iconic band, Spinetti had a successful career in film and stage, including roles in Royal Shakespeare Company productions. He co-wrote and received a Tony Award for his role in the play “Oh! What a Lovely War.” Other notable works include “The Krays” and “The Return of the Pink Panther.” Spinetti passed away on June 18, 2012, at the age of 82.
