Tyree Lamar Pittman, better known by his stage name Young Chop, is an American record producer, rapper, and songwriter who rose to prominence in 2012 for producing Chief Keef’s hit songs “I Don’t Like,” “Love Sosa,” and “3Hunna.” In 2013, he released his debut studio album, “Precious,” and founded his own label, Chop Squad Records. Young Chop has collaborated with various artists, including Meek Mill, Lil Durk, and French Montana. Apart from his music career, he has appeared in Noisey’s “Back & Forth” series, where he shared his experiences with addiction and commitment to sober living.
