Ben Barba, an accomplished Australian former professional rugby league and rugby union footballer, is well-known for his impressive career in the sport. He played for various clubs, such as St Helens, Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, and Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks. Throughout his career, Barba received numerous awards, including the Dally M Medal, the Super League Man of Steel Award, and the Clive Churchill Medal. He also secured victories in the NRL Premiership, the World Club Challenge, and the Queensland Cup Premiership. Apart from his rugby career, Barba tried out for the reality singing competition, The X Factor, but was not chosen to participate. In recent times, Barba encountered controversy and was de-registered by the NRL due to off-field incidents. He has since made a comeback to representative rugby league, joining the Mackay side for the League Championships.
