She rose to fame for her portrayal of Serena Baldwin in the soap opera “General Hospital” and her recurring role on Disney Channel’s “Lizzie McGuire.” Schroeder has also appeared in films such as “Gracie” and “Eye of the Dolphin.” Besides her acting career, she is an advocate for animal rights, environmentalism, and nutrition. In 2019, Schroeder enlisted in the U.S. Army and continues to serve as an officer.
