David Ackroyd, born on May 30, 1940, in Orange, New Jersey, is an accomplished American actor with an extensive career in stage, film, and television. He gained recognition for his role as Jack Forbes in the TV series “AfterMASH” and has appeared in numerous other shows such as “Mad Men”, “Law & Order”, “Murder, She Wrote”, “Lou Grant”, and “Dallas”.
