Edmund James Flynn, a Canadian politician, held the position of Quebec’s tenth premier from 1896 to 1897. Known for his meticulous approach to politics and competence as the minister of natural resources, Flynn began his political career by representing the Gaspe constituency in the Quebec Legislative Assembly. He also participated in the 1891 federal election as a candidate for the federal Conservatives. Although his tenure as premier was brief, Flynn made significant contributions during his time in office. He passed away on June 7, 1927, at the age of 80.
