Howie Long, an American former football defensive end, played in the NFL for 13 seasons, exclusively for the Oakland and Los Angeles Raiders franchise. Renowned for his versatility, Long could play all five defensive line positions. In 2000, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame as a Player. Besides his football career, Long has been a studio analyst for FOX NFL SUNDAY since 1994, and he is regarded as one of the greatest Raiders of all time.
