John O’Hurley is a versatile American actor, voice actor, author, and television personality, best known for portraying J. Peterman on the popular TV series Seinfeld from 1995 to 1998. He later became a part-owner and board member of The J. Peterman Company after investing in its relaunch in 1999. O’Hurley hosted the game show Family Feud from 2006 to 2010 and has made appearances on other TV shows like Dancing with the Stars and The Bold and the Beautiful. As an author, he has written several books, including a children’s book called The Perfect Dog and a golf-themed book, “Fore! The Best of John O’Hurley”. Besides his acting career, O’Hurley is passionate about golf, serving on the board of directors for the Los Angeles chapter of the National Golf Foundation and participating in charity golf tournaments.
