John Stockton, a retired American professional basketball player, is renowned for his exceptional skills as a passer and point guard. He played his entire career with the Utah Jazz and earned numerous accolades, including being a 10-time All-Star and a 5-time NBA steals leader. Stockton holds the NBA records for the most career assists (15,806) and steals (3,265). As a member of the 1992 USA Olympic “Dream Team,” he contributed to their gold medal victory in Barcelona. Additionally, Stockton’s high school teammate, Dennis Erickson, went on to become a two-time national championship-winning head coach in college football.
