Leah Williamson, a professional footballer and captain of the England women’s national team, currently represents Arsenal in the English Women’s Super League. She began her journey with Arsenal’s Centre of Excellence at just nine years old and debuted for the senior team in 2014. Throughout her career, Leah has contributed to Arsenal’s victories in two FA Women’s Cup championships and an FA WSL championship in 2015. In a historic moment, she became the first woman to lead England to a major trophy victory by winning the EURO 2022 Final against Germany with a 2-1 score.
