Lee Stephen Mead, an English actor and occasional singer, is known for his work in musical theatre and television. He rose to fame after winning the lead role in the 2007 West End revival of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat on the BBC TV casting show, Any Dream Will Do. Since then, Mead has appeared in several West End productions, such as Wicked and Legally Blonde: The Musical, and played Caractacus Potts in the 2016 UK tour of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Alongside his stage career, he has also pursued music, performing at Andrew Lloyd Webber’s 2007 Gala.
