Len Goodman, a renowned figure in the dance world and former judge on “Strictly Come Dancing” and “Dancing with the Stars,” has died at 78 after a battle with bone cancer. Goodman was known for his expertise and contributions to these popular TV shows, serving as a judge on “Strictly Come Dancing” for 12 years and making his final appearance in the 2016 Christmas special. He also participated in the U.S. version, “Dancing with the Stars.” Besides his television career, Goodman authored books on ballroom dancing and his life, including “Better Late Than Never: My Story” and “Len Goodman’s Dance Band Days: From My Life in Music.”
