Linh Dan Pham, born Phạm Linh Äan on June 20, 1974, is a Vietnamese-French actress renowned for her roles in films such as “Amélie,” “Mr. Nobody,” “The Beat That My Heart Skipped,” and the critically acclaimed “Indochine.” In 1992, she appeared in the Oscar-winning film “Indochine,” portraying the adopted daughter of a French woman in French-ruled Vietnam. Pham’s performance in “Scent of Green Papaya” earned her the Best Actress award at the Marrakech International Film Festival. She has also acted in television series like “La Légende” and “The Killing” and served as a jury member at the Cannes Film Festival. A talented musician, Pham has lent her vocals to various film soundtracks and collaborated with Yann Tiersen on his album “Dust Lane,” featuring on the track “Chapter 19.”
