Lorraine Pascale, a British television chef, former top model, and author, rose to fame as the first black British model to grace the cover of Elle magazine. She is widely recognized for her participation in the reality cooking competition show “Baking Made Easy” and has authored several cookbooks, such as “Home Cooking Made Easy” and “Eating Well Made Easy.” Pascale has hosted her own cooking shows, including “How to be a Better Cook” and “Lorraine’s Fast, Fresh & Easy Food,” and serves as an ambassador for the Prince’s Trust charity. Notably, she has sold nearly one million books in the UK and her TV shows are broadcast in 70 countries worldwide.
