She started her acting career at a young age, taking on the role of Little Cosette in a 2003 production of Les Misérables at London’s Palace Theatre. Duggan has also appeared in various shows and films, such as Silent Witness, Daddy’s Girl, and The Smoke. She was nominated for Best Actress at the Inside Soap Awards in 2008. In 2009, she made headlines for refusing to film a fake nude scene in EastEnders, resulting in the scene being removed and an apology from the show.
