Manuel Carrasco Galloso, a Spanish pop singer from Isla Cristina, rose to prominence after finishing second in the reality talent show Operación Triunfo’s second edition. He is well-known for his albums “Habla” (2009) and “DÃas lejanos” (2012), which garnered him two Latin Grammy nominations for Best Male Pop Vocal Album. Carrasco has also received several Premios Amigo awards, such as Best Tour in 2006 and Best Solo Artist in 2012, and is recognized for his collaborations with Malu. Besides his music career, he is dedicated to social causes and has participated in numerous charitable initiatives, earning him the ‘Nobel de la Solidaridad’ in 2018.
