Michael St. Gerard is a former American actor and singer, who gained recognition for his roles as Elvis Presley in the TV series “Elvis” (1990) and in the films “Heart of Dixie” and “Great Balls of Fire!” Additionally, he is known for his portrayal of Link Larkin in the cult classic film “Hairspray” (1988). St. Gerard had recurring roles in TV shows such as “Knots Landing” and “Pacific Blue” and made appearances in “A Cinderella Story,” “Hacksaw Ridge,” “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” and “Ghost Whisperer.” In 1992, he released a self-titled album. St. Gerard is also involved in Nichiren Buddhism and is a member of the American organization Soka Gakkai International.
