Mitchell David Trubisky, often called Mitch Trubisky, is an American professional football quarterback who plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the National Football League (NFL). He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he played college football before being drafted by the Chicago Bears as the second overall pick in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Trubisky is recognized for his athletic prowess and versatility as a quarterback.

During his rookie season, Trubisky broke a franchise record by throwing six touchdown passes in a single game, the most by a rookie.
