Peter Boyle was a renowned American actor, most recognized for his portrayal of Frank Barone in the popular television sitcom “Everybody Loves Raymond” (1996-2005). He also delivered memorable performances in films such as “Young Frankenstein” (1974), where he played a comical monster, “Taxi Driver” (1976), and “The Candidate” (1972). Throughout his career, Boyle received numerous Emmy nominations and won a Screen Actors Guild Award for his role in “Joe” (1970). Sadly, he passed away on December 12, 2006, at 71 years old due to multiple myeloma and heart disease.
