Raymond Santana is an American author, activist, and entrepreneur. He is best known for being one of the Central Park Five, a group of young men wrongly convicted in 1989 for the rape of a jogger in New York City. He has since become a vocal advocate for criminal justice reform and co-founded the clothing brand Park Madison NYC. Other notable works and achievements include producing the documentary “The Central Park Five”, being featured in Ava DuVernay’s “When They See Us”, and receiving a settlement from the city of New York for his wrongful conviction.
