Reginald Wayne, born on November 17, 1978, is a former American professional football player who spent 14 seasons as a wide receiver for the Indianapolis Colts in the NFL. With an outstanding career, Wayne recorded 1,070 receptions, 14,345 yards, and 82 touchdowns. He was a six-time Pro Bowl selection and played college football at the University of Miami before being drafted by the Colts in the first round of the 2001 NFL Draft. Wayne was a key player in the Colts’ Super Bowl XLI victory and holds several records, including the most receptions in the Miami football program’s history. Alongside Marvin Harrison, he formed one of the greatest wide receiver duos of all time. Early in his career, Wayne overcame his fear of flying and began traveling regularly to away games.
