Robert Trujillo, an American musician and songwriter, is best known for playing bass in the heavy metal band Metallica. He initially gained recognition as the bassist for crossover thrash band Suicidal Tendencies from 1989 to 1995, before joining Infectious Grooves and later, Ozzy Osbourne’s band.
