Salam Fayyad, a Palestinian economist and politician, served as the Prime Minister of the Palestinian National Authority from 2007 to 2013. During his tenure, he implemented significant economic reforms and anti-corruption measures. Fayyad played a pivotal role in creating the Palestinian Investment Fund and developing the institutions and infrastructure necessary for a Palestinian state.
