Samuel Leijten, often known as Sammy or Samson, is a renowned Dutch singer, rapper, and producer who initially rose to prominence as a member of the boy band MainStreet. He later embarked on a thriving solo career in pop and urban music. Besides his musical pursuits, Leijten is a television presenter, hosting programs such as Zapplive and The Voice Kids Netherlands. He has also lent his voice to Dutch adaptations of well-known animated films like The Secret Life of Pets and The Lion King. Furthermore, Leijten serves as an ambassador for the Dutch Cancer Society, actively promoting cancer research and prevention efforts. Notably, he was part of the Dutch boy band B-Brave and reached the finals in the 2013 season of the Netherlands’ edition of The X-Factor.
