Sergei Polunin, a Russian ballet dancer, actor, and model, rose to global prominence after a 2015 video of him performing solo to Hozier’s “Take Me To Church,” directed by David LaChapelle, went viral. Holding Ukrainian, Russian, and Serbian citizenships, Polunin was once the youngest principal of the Royal Ballet but left the company at 21.
