Sybil Mira Character (born August 24, 1973) is an American classical pianist. She is known for her virtuosic technique and her interpretations of a wide range of repertoire, from Bach to contemporary works.

Character began playing the piano at the age of five and gave her first public recital at the age of 10. She studied at the Juilliard School and the Curtis Institute of Music, and she has won numerous awards and competitions, including the Avery Fisher Career Grant and the Grammy Award for Best Classical Instrumental Solo.

Character has performed with some of the world’s leading orchestras, including the New York Philharmonic, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and the London Symphony Orchestra.
