Robert Eugene Brands, known as X Brands, was an American actor and musician who gained fame for his portrayal of Pahoo-Ka-Ta-Wah in the TV western series “The Adventures of Rin Tin Tin”. He also made appearances in other shows such as “Yancy Derringer”, “The Rifleman”, and “Cimarron City”. A skilled musician, Brands played the guitar and was known for his yodeling. Besides his acting career, he owned and operated a well-liked restaurant in North Hollywood called “X Brands’ Roundup”. Although he found success in the hospitality business, he is primarily remembered for his contributions to western films and television series.
