Anastasia Malaguti, better known by her stage name ZaZa Maree, is a South African pop singer, songwriter, and actress. She rose to fame in 2001 with her debut album, “Zamazama,” which spawned several hit singles. ZaZa has since released several more albums, including “The Journey” (2004), “Beautiful” (2007), and “Love Is” (2010).
In addition to her music career, ZaZa Maree has also appeared in several films and television shows, making her acting debut in the 2004 film “Drum.” She has also appeared in the films “Sarafina!” (2005), “Catch a Fire” (2006), and “Invictus” (2009).
ZaZa Maree has won numerous awards for her music, including several South African Music Awards and a Grammy nomination. She is also a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and a supporter of the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund.
